Thesis, poster and astrometry

So (a bit late, a morning post for the last day using the 11:59PM convention).

Thorsten Tepper Garcia presented his thesis! A nice piece of work doing things that should have been done before. Influence of intergalactic HI in photometric measurements. Nice stuff with one paper published, one accepted and one on the way.

Finished the poster, it will go to the plotter this thursday.

Back to the astrometric correction, hard in this case 'cos there's not enough USNO stars in the field ...
