ESO
First day at ESO (late post, because I had to leave quickly to get the supermarket open).I started yesterday (officially at Feb. 1st) one year as ESO Fellow, in this project with Bodo Ziegler (that now is ESO Staff).
First day was nice, nice people, lots of people. Mostly spent on coming from Goettingen, getting office, computer account, appartment keys, handing forms and so on.
Also some research on the diffuse light paper.
The only science last week as reading Miguel Verdugo's thesis, while holding Matheus ... I'll have to come back to Goettingen today because Matheus is having cramps, what is pretty normal between 3 and 12 weeks, but he's crying every hour, so I can't leave Fernanda alone! I'll probably be back next week.
Yes, we'll be living in Goettingen, since Fernanda has her position at the Max Planck for Experimental Medicine, best place in the world for her research!
