Stress!!
Today the day was "quite short".Finished a paper referee report. Group meeting were one of our students had some important issues to discuss, very useful discussions by the way. And finished my section at the OV_WAV paper.
Half of the afternoon was spent going to a "T-COM" store to find out why two months after having canceled my phone they are still charging me ... their reply was that "the billing system takes 70 days to erase a client" ... WHAT???? 70 DAYS??? Yep 70 days ... meanwhile they are investing the money they charged me ... back home they would have problems ...
Client rights in Germany. Two rights: right to NOTHING, and the right of not abusing the rights you have ...
